Project Overview
During my time at Algonquin College, I lead the Last Case Design team in researching, designing, developing, and testing a new brand and website for YellowSapphire, an AI integration and business technology consultancy founded by Adesh Shah. Over the course of ten weeks, we were able to deliver a functional prototype to Adesh using the Webflow Content Management System.
My Contributions
As Team Lead, I set deadlines, managed team progress, and ensured the overall success of the project. I also handled most of the administration and documentation surrounding the project, including coordinating with the project manager and directing communications with the client. This was in addition to providing clear direction throughout the design phase and technical support and programming throughout the development cycle.
