Quizzy

Web Design & Development - Solo Coding Project
Fall 2024
Project Overview
During my time at Algonquin College, I created a dynamic Quiz website using the QuizAPI. It was the final deliverable of an advanced Web Development course and elements of the site were worked on over the months-long project.
My Contributions
I produced a low-fidelity wireframe, a high-fidelity wireframe, and multiple prototypes of the website until the final version was submitted. The functional prototypes of the website were coded completely from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Software/Hardware used

GitHub
Nov 2024 - Dec 2024
Github was used to store project prototype iterations and code, including the final version of the website.
Visual Studio Code
Nov 2024 - Dec 2024
VSC was used to actually code the website, and manage files during the development stage of the project. All HTML, CSS, and JavaScript was written and scripted during this time.
Figma
 Oct 2024 - Dec 2024
In order to map out the website, I created low and high fidelity wireframes of the website in Figma. The sizing and components allowed for a simple interactive version of the prototype without requiring code, speeding up testing and adjustments to the UI.
Adobe Illustrator
Oct 2024 - Nov 2024
Elements of the website were created using Adobe Illustrator, including the logo and other vector graphics included in the final prototype.
